Kennedy Agyapong Backs Down: Hails Anas For Exposing Corrupt Judges

Controversial politician, Kennedy Agyapong has finally yielded to his incessant attacks and unproven allegations against investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas as he praised him for his exposé on corruption in the country’s Judiciary system.

Speaking on his NET2 TV, the Assin Central Member of Parliament admitted that judges in the country are also corrupt and he’s also going to do ‘worse’ than Anas did and bring to bear all corrupt judges.

“Anas was partially right. Judges are also corrupt. I’m going to tell the Chief Justice. I won’t set them up or take bribes but I will disgrace you.”

Kennedy Agyapong and Anas Aremeyaw had been in a legal tussle over a defamation suit by the former. Anas eventually won the case, with Kennedy ordered to pay damages.
