2020 Polls: Peace Will Prevail As Long As You Get Your Men In Order- Haruna Iddrisu Threatens National Security Minister?

Minority Leader in Parliament, Haruna Iddrisu has told National Security Minister, Kan Dapaah to get his men right on the day of elections if they seek peace for Ghana.

He made this known when National Security Minister appeared before Parliament to brief the house on security preparations ahead of the December polls.

He tasked him to allow the Inspector General of Police to be the only one to deploy police personnel on election day and not other persons for accountability sake.

“Deployment of police officers, let it be the sole responsibility of the IGP and not other men. Then we can hold the IGP and his men responsible.”

“7th December, get your men right and peace is assured.” he told Kan Dapaah.
