Asiedu Nketia Explains Why He Demonstrated In His Car Instead Of Walking With The NDC Youth

General Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketia has given reasons as to why he demonstrated in his car while other members of the party walked.

According to him, it was in the best interest for him to protest in his car to avoid overcrowding due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Speaking to Adom FM, he said the love his supporters have for him is massive and he therefore he wanted to ensure the Covid-19 protocols are strictly adhered to.

Mr Nketia during the NDC’s ‘march for justice’ demonstration was reported to have stood in his car from the Accra mall where the protest started to Parliament where it ended.
