Western Togoland Secessionists Attack Ho STC Yard, Beat Up Drivers

Persons believed to be members of secessionist group, Western Togoland have attacked a State Transport Company bus in the Volta Regional Capital, Ho, and burnt two buses.

They further attacked some drivers who were said to be spending the night in the bus.

One of the drivers said the attackers pointed a gun at him and asked him to go down on his knees when they stormed the terminal.

The reason for the attack on the STC station is unknown, however, security personnel have taken over the place.

The incident occurred at midnight on Monday, September 28, 2020.
