Supreme Court Gives Mahama’s Lawyers Up To 4 PM Today To Make Amendments

The Supreme Court today granted an application by former President John Dramani Mahama’s legal team to make amendments to its 2020 election petition by the close of 4:00 pm on Thursday, January 14, 2021.

The court also adjourned its sitting to 19th January 2021.

The Petitioner, Mr John Dramani Mahama was present in court. First and Second respondents were represented by Madam Jean Mensa (Chairman of EC), and Peter Mac Manu (NPP Campaign Manager) respectively.

The Petitioner was represented by legal Counsels; Tony Lithur and Tsatsu Tsikata, while the 1st respondent was represented by Counsels; Amenuvor and Asamoah.

The Second Respondent was also represented by counsels; Akoto Ampaw, Frank Davies, Asirifi and Oppong.
