“Show Love To People When They Are Alive, Not When They Are Dead” – Manasseh Azure Fires NDC For Fighting For Rawlings’ Funeral

Award-winning Investigative Journalist, Manasseh Azure Awuni has flayed the NDC for fighting for the rights over the funeral of their late founder, even though they did not have a good relationship with him while he was still alive.

In a series of posts, the renowned Investigative Journalist also said that Mr Rawlings, while he was still alive, was more closer to President Akufo-Addo than the NDC.

General Secretary of the opposition NDC, Johnson Asiedu Nketia in an interview on Citi FM had lambasted President Akufo-Addo for appearing to hijack the funeral of a man who was their founder, thereby hinting that the Party may be forced to hold their separate event in honor of their departed founder.

However, Manasseh Azure believes that the NDC cannot make peace with their founder now that he is dead, considering that they could not make peace with him while he was alive.
