Seek Wise Council Within 48 Hours Or We Will Close Your Churches – Asante Youth Warn Bishop Dag

A coalition of Asante Youth Groups have issued an ultimatum to the founder and leader of the Lighthouse Chapel International, Bishop Dag Heward Mills.

According to the groups, the Bishop must seek Wise counsel and convey a proper apology to the Asante monarch instead of the written apology issued.

Bishop Dag Heward Mills was caught on tape making disparaging remarks about the Asantehene, Otumfuor Osei Tutu II.

The Bishop, in a subsequent apology statement, claimed that the statements captured in the recording was made almost 20 years ago.

However, the Asante Youth Groups have warned that if no proper apology is rendered to the Asantehene within 48 Hours, they will close down all Lighthouse Chapel branches in the Asante Kingdom.
