Sammy Gyamfi Trending On Twitter After Inadvertently Praising Akufo-Addo’s Uncle Yesterday After Supreme Court Ruling

National Communications Officer of the NDC, Sammy Gyamfi is trending on micro-blogging platform, Twitter after his disappointment with yesterday’s Supreme Court proceedings led to him inadvertently praising President Akufo-Addo’s uncle, Dr. J.B Danquah for his advocacy in the famous RE: Akoto case.

While addressing the press yesterday, Sammy Gyamfi likened the NDC’s election petition to the RE: Akoto case which was ruled unanimously against the senior linguist of the Asantehene at the time, Baffuor Osei Akoto, despite a compelling advocacy by his counsel, J.B Danquah.

Following his comments, Sammy Gyamfi has been trending on Twitter with users expressing varying opinions about his comments.
