Resignation Galore At Angel FM After Captain Smart’s Exit

The Angel Broadcasting Network in the last few hours have had two resignations following Captain Smart’s exit to Media General’s TV3.

Ghanaweb reported that Isaac Ansah Apagya, a member of Angel FM sports team joined Onua FM, a move orchestrated by Captain Smart.

The producer of the Angel FM’s Sports show Nathaniel Obeng has also confirmed his switch to Media General where he will reunite with Apagya and Captain Smart.

According to the report, the resignation is a just a few of many more to come as Saddique Obama is rumoured to follow soon alongside many others.

Captain Smart joined Media General, a few days after he announced his resignation from Accra-based Angel Fm.

Captain Smart will host the morning show on Onua Fm.

Smart was suspended by his former employers after allegedly using unprintable words on President Akufo-Addo and vice-president Mahamudu Bawumia.

However, a few days into his one month suspension, Captain Smart announced his resignation.

Today, June 1st 2021, Captain Smart was unveiled by Media General on TV3’s New Day.
