One Person Dead As Bagbin’s Convoy Crashes In Serious Accident In The Ashanti Region

The convoy of the Speaker of Parliament, Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin has been involved in a terrible accident, this portal has gathered.

An advanced security team travelling with the 3rd gentleman of the Country crashed on the way leading to the death of a dispatch rider.

According to Kate Addo, who is head of Public Affairs at Parliament, Mr Bagbin was not affected.

The rider, identified as Chief Inspector Abednego Kaakyire died on the spot after his motorbike collided head-on with a Nissan Sentra vehicle.

Eyewitnesses say, the driver of the Nissan Sentra with registration GT 2173-21, was travelling from the Kumasi-Nkawkaw section of the Kumasi-Accra road.
