No Court In Ghana Can Help You If I Take Back My Land – Asantehene Warns Encroachers Of KNUST Land

The Asantehene Otumfuor Osei Tutu II has warned persons encroaching on lands belonging to the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology to desist from the practice.

The Overlord warned all Chiefs and family heads who are laying claim to University lands and selling same to remember that he is the sole owner of the land and that they are just custodians.

The Asantehene also warned encroachers to be mindful of the fact that Ghana’s constitution and Asante’s own constitution vests all authority over land in the Asante jurisdiction in the Asantehene alone.

Otumfuor emphatically warned that no court or judge will rule otherwise if he decides to clamp down on encroachers of the University lands.
