I Won’t Stop Talking; ‘Media General Can Sack Me, I Don’t Give A Damn’ – Captain Smart
Journalist, Godsbrain Captain Smart has insisted that he’ll not be cowed into going silent over national issues.
Captain Smart was recently arrested by the police for making unsavoury comments that threatens the peace of the country.
He was however granted bail to the tune of GHS100,000.
Speaking on the Onua Morning show on Friday he said he does not mind losing his current appointment with media general because he’ll continue to criticise all the ills of the government.
“If nobody wants anybody to talk, not me. Media General can decide to sack me today I don’t give a damn about it. But what I want you to understand is that when the country is failing some of us will never shut up,” he stated.
