Minister for Communications, Ursula Owusu Ekuful has revealed that she once experimented with the lesbianism while she was in secondary school.

According to her, even though she was attracted to the opposite sex, this was a phase in her life that like many others, she was exploring her sexuality.

The MP for Ablekuma West was speaking to renowned broadcaster, Nana Aba Anamoah in a personality profile show on Starr FM.

The honorable MP was sharing her views on the controversial LGNTQI phenomenon, which continues to divide opinion in the country.

Mrs Owusu Ekuful was emphatic that in the secondary school, she was exposed to lesbianism, popularly called ‘supi supi’, and that she makes no apologies about that.

She, however, said she was grateful that there was no social media in those days, since some of those things will have left an indelible record on her.
