Anas To Release Another Explosive Documentary Titled ‘Galamsey Economy’

Award-winning investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas is set to release another explosive documentary on 14th November 2022.

Titled ‘Galamsey Economy’, the documentary is expected to highlight some of the people in leadership positions who are making money from illegal mining at the expense of the environment.

Illegal mining popularly known as Galamsey has become a menace in the country with government appearing to have lost the fight despite the President stating earlier in his tenure that he has placed his Presidency on the line to wage an all-out war against the menace.

Both citizens and civil society have accused politicians and even chiefs of supporting or enabling the menace but no concrete evidence has been provided to back these accusations.
