Ghanaian rap kingpin Michael Owusu popularly known as Sarkodie has praised President Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo in his new song.
The song which was released today, titled “Happy Day”, features reigning VGMA Artiste of the Year, Kuami Eugene.
In one of his rap lines, Sarkodie stated that he spoke against Dumsor and high inflation in the erstwhile Mahama government but if today, he’s enjoying constant uninterrupted electricity and his children can attend senior high school for free, then President Akuffo-Addo deserves another term for fixing the problems.
This continues his tradition of leveraging on his music to touch on key economic issues and happenings under various governments.
