He wrote; “…Well, whiles we wait for the EC’s answer to our petition, all I can say is that Tsatsu Tsikata Esq. is a genius. Cudos to all the lawyers who worked with him in crafting this Petition.”
Adding that; “Now can the NPP file their answer to the Petition and stop issuing useless press releases?”

‘Hungry’ Anyidoho Has Become A Political Judas In The NDC – Eric Adjei
Bono Regional Deputy Communications Officer for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Eric Adjei has admonished the party’s former Deputy General Secretary, Koku Anyidoho, for his continuous attacks against the NDC.
Speaking on Okay FM’s Ade Akye Abia Morning Show, Eric Adjei noted that Anyidoho cannot be allowed to continue to speak against the party without facing any sanctions. To him, though it is “normal” to be friends with those on the other side of the political divide, it is not an opportunity to work against.
“Koku Anyidoho cannot continue speaking ill of the NDC. In this country, we are all politicians and some cannot stand hunger; we have some politicians who can’t stand being in opposition and so when his party is voted out of power, he finds a way to enjoy its trappings with the other party in government,” he was quoted by peacefmonline.
“We have friends in NPP and in CPP but the fact that I have friends in other political parties cannot and must not influence my decisions; it can never influence what I have to do to make my party come back to power.”
“….the NDC members are saying that you (Koku) are becoming a Political Judas in the party; if he does not know, we are telling him”, he chided.

If You’re Not Ready For Your Own Petition Don’t Start – Gabby Pokes Mahama
New Patriotic Party (NPP) stalwart, Gabby Asare Otchere-Darko has told National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama to hold his peace if he’s not ready for the trial of his own case in the ongoing 2020 Presidential election petition.
This comes after Mahama ,through his legal team, filed for stay of proceedings of the Election Petition at the Supreme Court, praying the court to halt hearing on the main Election Petition until a determination is made on his request for review of an earlier determination by the Court.
Reacting to this on twitter, Gabby called out the former President to stop employing delay tactics in the trial and halt the whole process if he is not ready.
If you are not ready for the trial of your own case please don’t start! A plaintiff, applicant or petitioner who uses or manner of delay tactics, is that one too a litigant with a cause?,” he wrote on Twitter.
John Mahama and the NDC are in court challenging the results of the 2020 Presidential polls.
He maintains that neither he nor President Akufo-Addo attained a clear majority during the polls because of the omission of the Techiman South constituency from the declaration of results.

Supreme Court’s Ruling Against My Interrogatories Is A Miscarriage of Justice – John Mahama
The National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer for the 2020 polls, John Mahama, has argued that denying him the opportunity to serve interrogatories on the Electoral Commission (EC) will damage his election petition case at the Supreme Court.
Mahama’s concern is contained in his fresh application seeking to halt the election petition until the Supreme Court reviews it’s ruling on some 12 questions (interrogatories) he wants the Electoral Commission to answer.
The apex court in dismissing the interrogatories application said Mr. Mahama’s legal team failed to convince the court on the relevance of the questions.
In the application for a stay of proceedings, Mr. Mahama said he was compelled by “certain fundamental errors of law that the court made in its ruling leading to a miscarriage of justice.”
He said the denial of the chance to pose the interrogatories to the EC was “a serious miscarriage of justice which we expect to have remedied in the review.”
“At the hearing of this application, counsel will crave the indulgence of the Court to refer to the statement of case in support of the application for review, particular, to show that there are indeed serious matters of law that are to be determined in this review application, and I am likely to succeed, as the ruling of the court is manifestly in error.”
Though time has been noted as a concern in the case, Mr. Mahama further maintains that the “use of the mechanism of interrogatories will ensure a speedier trial.”
On why he wants the petition halted, Mr Mahama said there would be “irreparable harm” caused to his case because of the effect on pre-trial processes.
