Veteran actor Psalm Adjeteyfio, popularly known as TT, has died. His son, Nii Adjei Adjeteyfio, confirmed this development on Friday, April 8, 2022.

According to Nii Adjei, his father was unconscious when one of his sons visited him on Friday, despite the fact that he was already suffering from diabetes and other diseases.

They transported TT to a hospital in Dodowa, Shai Osudoku District, but he was confirmed dead upon arrival, he claimed.

TT is well-known for his role in the hit television show “Taxi Driver.”

Adjeteyfio was recently in the news when he revealed his financial woes.

Poor working conditions during his active acting days, according to Psalm Adjateyfio, caused his impoverishment.

He stated at the time that he needed GHS3,000 to pay his rent or he would be evicted from his current residence.

Mr. Adjeteyfio had stated that he was no longer getting acting jobs and that he was currently unemployed.

He claimed that his survival was contingent on the kindness of strangers.

Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, Vice President, and others, including Greater Accra Regional Minister Henry Quartey, came to his help.

Apart from playing the lead in ‘Taxi Driver,’ Psalm Adjeteyfio has also been in films such as Papa Lasisi Good Bicycle, American Boy, The Chosen One, The Scent of Danger, and a stab in the dark.
