Atsu’s Body Being Flown To Ghana As Club Confirms Winger’s Unfortunate Death

Turkish Club Hatayspor has confirmed that the body of deceased Ghanaian footballer, Christian Atsu is being flown to Ghana after the player’s body was discovered lifeless in the rubble in the early hours of today

Atsu was caught up in the unfortunate earthquake in the Hatay region of Turkey hours after scoring in his team’s last game.

The funeral of our football player Christian Atsu, who lost his life under the rubble ( debris), is on his way to be sent to his hometown, Ghana. We will not forget you, Atsu. Peace be upon you, beautiful person. There are no words to describe our sadness.
