We Must Re-Gain Our Lost Constituencies – Ellen Ama Daaku Charges NPP
A National Communications team member of the New Patriotic Party(NPP) and an aspiring National women’s organizer, Ellen Ama Daaku has admonished members of the new patriotic party to vote massively to regain the lost constituency seat in 2024. He advised members to support whoever wins the coming internal elections.
“Anyone who wins the election is a party member, we must give him or her our full support”, she said.
She further stated that, the party has put in measures to ensure that it wins the maximum seat at the constituency level and the presidential seat ahead of the general elections in 2024.
Walking through the memory lane, 29 NPP members of parliament lost their parliamentary seat in the 2020 elections due to some unforeseen circumstances.
On January 27th, 2022 the NPP general secretary, John Boadu announced the guidelines and dates for the upcoming internal elections during the party’s press conference at the headquarters in Accra.
