Video: Kpone Chiefs Allegedly Chase Out Akufo-Addo’s Campaign Team Over ‘Sakawa’ Sod-Cutting

A video making rounds on social media at the moment appear to show some leaders of the NPP in a heated confrontation with some Chiefs alleged to be Traditional rulers of Kpone Katamanso in Accra.

According to narrations accompanying the said video, the Chiefs were angry at the ruling Party for a much advertised sod-cutting ceremony which has found its way onto several giant billboards, but have yet to materialize.

It is still pretty much unclear if the alleged confrontation occured as part of the President’s tour of the Greater Accra Region, or even if the narration accompanying the said video is authentic.
