Stop Chanting War Songs – Mahama Warned

Published

on

National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama has insisted that he anticipates chaotic scenes characterising the upcoming December 2020 polls.

According to the former president, the work of the Electoral Commission has not been very satisfactory as even with the voters’ exhibition exercise, people failed to see their names on the electoral roll. He shared optimism that same will happen on the election day and it’ll create chaos.

Reacting to this on Peace fm, Deputy Communications Director of the NPP, Mame Yaa Aboagye cautioned the NDC flagbearer to be mindful of his utterances and stop chanting war songs.

She explained that the President, Nana Akufo-Addo has pledged to ensure peace in this year’s polls therefore there’s no way any chaos can occur unless John Mahama and the NDC are planning something nobody knows of.
