Sammy Gyamfi In Trouble As Feminists Descend On Him For Saying Akufo-Addo Has Chopped 50% Of Female Appointees

National Communications Officer of the Opposition National Democratic Congress, Sammy Gyamfi has incurred the wrath of female gender advocates as a result of a post he made yesterday.

Sammy Gyamfi, yesterday posted on Twitter that President Akufo-Addo had slept with 50% of all female appointees in his Government, a statement described by many as distasteful.

The young lawyer was reacting to the controversy generated after Minister for Information, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah referred to NDC flagbearer John Mahama as ‘papa no’ on the floor of Parliament.

The outspoken party communicator’s post did not sit well with female gender advocates who have chastised him for disrespecting women, especially when his own party’s running mate is also a woman.
