NPP Is At A Crossroad, We Either Unite Or Break Apart For Opposition- Ashanti Regional Minister
The New Patriotic Party (NPP) is at a crossroad and the onus now lies on its members to either unite for victory or break apart and head into opposition, the Ashanti Regional Minister has posited.
Hon. Simone Osei-Mensah observes that unity was the main catalyst that won the NPP power in 2016 and maintains that the same, would be needed to win the 2024 elections.
Speaking directly to all members of his party on Wontumi TV, he admitted that “now we are at crossroads; we either unite or break apart and go into opposition”.
But he advised that rather heading to opposition, it would be better for the party to “unite and go for power.”
Sounding a little biblical and prophetic, the minister stated that “look first the political power and all other things would be added to you”.
