Outspoken musician and political activist, Kwame Asare Obeng, popularly known as A Plus has announced his intention to run for President in the 2024 Ghana elections.

A Plus, also the General Manager of Class Media Group made this announcement at a rally he organized at Asylum Down in Accra on Wednesday,December 2,2020.

A Plus formed his own movement, The People’s Project (TPP) after public disagreements with his party, the ruling New Patriotic Party that saw the government terminate his contract with BOST.

The TPP movement has gotten approval from Ghanaian citizens home and abroad with over five hundred and twenty (520) branches across the globe and an estimated membership of over 700,000.
