It was an unusually colorful and merry-filled occasion at the Joseph Egyir Pantsil auditorium of the Pentecost Convention Center this morning at the Opening Ceremony of the National Development Conference being organized under the auspices of the Chairman of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Eric Kwabena Nyamekye.
The National Development Conference is being organized under the theme, “Moral Vision and National Development”, and is being attended by Politicians from across the Political divide in Ghana, clergymen, civil servants, and other stakeholders in National Development.
This morning’s opening ceremony saw the attendance and addresses of former Presidents; John Agyekum Kufuor and John Dramani Mahama, Speaker of Parliament, Right Honorable Alban Bagbin, Chief Justice Gertrude Torkonoo, and Chief of Staff Frema Osei Opare.
Other dignitaries who graced the momentous occasion were Honorables: Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu, Matthew Opoku Prempeh, Fiifi Fiavi Kwetey, Stephen Ntim, Justin Kodua Frimpong, Sammi Awuku, and others.
Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia attended and gave a keynote address on behalf of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
