Lordina Piling Pressure On John Mahama To Concede Defeat?

Lordina Mahama, wife of National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama is reportedly piling pressure on her husband to accept defeat and look forward to the 2024 polls.

According to the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako, also known as Chairman Wontumi, Mrs. Lordina Mahama had advised her husband to step out of the political scene and emulate the ways of former Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan.

“Lordina Mahama is pressing her husband to concede defeat… she is concerned about the disgrace Mahama is bringing to their family and how people are insulting them. She told him to emulate Goodluck Jonathan but he refused. She knew from day one that her husband can never defeat President Akufo-Addo”, he was quoted by Wontumi online.

John Mahama and the NDC have refused to recognise President Akufo-Addo as President-elect as declared by the Electoral Commission.

They have vowed to use all legitimate means to address their grievances.
