The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has emphasized its readiness to take over power from the New Patriotic Party come December 7.
At a press briefing to dissect the governing NPP’s 2016 manifesto, Member of Parliament for North Tongu Okudzeto Ablakwa described the NDC as the most successful party in the history of Ghana’s politics and they’re ready to sustain that record.
He said many Ghanaians are disappointed with the performance of the NPP and will kick them out in the upcoming elections.
“NDC remains the most successful party in the fourth republic. We have won four of the elections held. And we’re poised to win our fifth,” he said.
The NDC is currently without a running mate for the upcoming elections, with barely five months to go.
