When a preacher referred to President Nana Akufo-Addo and the NPP’s rule as a failure, their facial expressions immediately changed.
The previous Chairman of the Christ Apostolic Church addressed the ruling class directly and demanded that they clean house.
He asserts that the NPP’s boasts about having the men must be supported by the manner in which they run the nation.
The pastor implied that the NPP needs to reevaluate itself, come together, and make sure they deliver the commodities they promised Ghanaians in light of all the dire economic statistics and hardship.
“NPP party talks about we have the men. If you have the men without unity, you don’t have the mind. Because the men are there and they’re not united, they will not give you their brains. The party will differ, and the nation will suffer. If the nation fails, you have failed,” he preached
The president and certain party bigwigs at the ceremony did not react to these comments with the appropriate facial gestures.
The pastor actually continued by saying, “I think you called the incorrect guy to speak today.”
He continued to criticize the regime by euphemistically describing the country as permeable and how nearly everything had degraded.
