Video Exposes Kyei-Mensah As The One Who Ordered Carlos To Snatch Ballot Sheets?

A video that has surfaced since Tema West MP, Carlos Ahenkorah snatched ballot sheets while counting was ongoing to select new speaker for the 8th Parliament suggests Majority Leader, Osei Kyei-Mensah Bonsu as the one behind the absurd act.

In the video, Carlos could be seen interacting with Kyei-Mensah who seemed to signal a collegaue to make way before Carlos immediately dashed for the ballot sheet.

This portal cannot confirm if indeed Kyei-Mensah instigated Carlos Ahenkorah to engage in the illegal act.
