Ho Judge Who Granted Amewu’s Injunction Is A Card Bearing NDC Member – Obiri Boahen

Deputy General Secretary of the ruling New Patriotic Party, Nana Obiri Boahen has alleged that the High Court Judge, Justice George Buadi who granted an interim injunction against Hohoe MP-elect, John Peter Amewu is a card bearing member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

The injunction sought to restrain Amewu from swearing in as Member of Parliament elect.

According tot him the judge was a former NDC MP in the Amanfi East from 1993 to 2001, an evidence for his bias against Amewu.

He bemoaned how the NDC have decided to discredit judges who rule against them in their electoral petitions.
