Vice President Donates Bull To Council Of Zongo Chiefs In Kumasi As Eid Al-Fitr Gift

Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has donated a bull to the Council of Zongo Chiefs in Kumasi as a gift for the celebration of the  Muslim Eid al-fitr festival.

Mr. Awal Mohammed and Dr. Audu Rauf, the Registrar of Pharmacy Council of Ghana, did the donation on behalf of the the Vice President.

The President for the Council of Zongo Chiefs who received the donation on behalf of the chiefs thanked the VP for his kind gesture revealing that, for more than 14 years of service as a  Chief in the Zongo community, that was the first time for a Vice President to donate a bull to the council during a celebration like the Eid Al-Fitr.

The bull is to be slaughtered and shared among the Muslims in the Zongo community .
