REPORTs: Okoe Boye, Napo, Nana Akomea, Others To Earn Top Appointments In Massive Reshuffle After January 7

Unconfirmed information reaching our desk is that a massive shake up is about to hit cabinet after President Nana Akufo-Addo is sworn in to begin his second term in office on January 7, 2021.

According to the reports, some Ministers will be promoted, others demoted and there will be new appointments as the President changes the face of the next NPP government.

Ousted Ledzokuku MP, Dr. Bernard Okoe Boye is set to take the place of his boss, Kweku Agyeman Manu as the Health Minister having deputised for the past year.

Education Minister, Matthew Opoku Prempeh will be moved to be the Deputy Health Minister with his Deputy, Dr. Yaw Adutwum being his stand in replacement.

Nana Akomea, who has been the boss of the State Transport Coorperation (STC) for the past four years will now be appointed as the Transport Minister, taking over from Kwaku Ofori Asiamah.

This said reshuffle has however not been confirmed by the government and may be subject to changes.
