Founding President and CEO of Imani Africa, Franklin Cudjoe has supported the stance of lead counsel for the petitioner in the ongoing Election Petition, Tsatsu Tsikata praying the court to compel the EC to produce original copies of election documents.
According to Mr Cudjoe, only the original documents can tell the truth as far as the petition is concerned.
Mr Tsikata has this morning argued in support of his application for the Court to allow them inspect some original documents of the 1st respondent.
His argument was also shot down by lawyers of the respondents who have counter-argued that since the petitioner is not alleging that his duplicates are different from what was announced by the EC, they are not entitled to any such inspection.
