‘No Wonder Your Husband Sleeps At Every Event’ – Ghanaians Roast First Lady Over Akufo-Addo Being ‘Sleepless’ Comment
Social media users have lambasted First Lady, Rebecca Akufo-Addo after she posted a goodwill message on Father’s day to her husband, President Akufo-Addo claiming he has ‘sleepless’ nights because of the country.
Madam Rebecca wrote, “Over the last four years having watched and prayed for my husband as father of the nation, I have had a close view of the sleepless nights, the countless overstretches and the physical strain to make this country work.”
She added, “President Akufo-Addo remains a father we all would be proud of.”
However, Ghanaians on social media did not take the goodwill message lightly as they questioned why cost of living continue to inflate amidst the President’s so called sleepless nights.
