Nigerians Target Shatta Wale For Heavy Trolling After Black Stars Shocking Defeat To Comoros

Ghanaian Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale suffered double jeopardy yesterday after he was marked for heavy trolling by Nigerian social media users in the wake of the Black Stars’ humbling defeat at the hands of minnows, Comoros.

Shatta Wale, according to some Nigerians who joined in the trolls, is the cause of Ghana’s disgraceful showing at the AFCON after his insult on Nigerian artistes.

Mbah on Twitter wrote: “Shatta Wale go soon complain say Nigeria no escort Ghana come house.”

Ebube in a tweet meant to mock the dancehall musician added that Morroco and Comoros beat Ghana in their matches as payback for Shatta’s insults.

He wrote: “Comoros 3 – 2 Ghana Apparently, The whole of Africa took that insult Shatta Wale gave Nigerians personal.”

Others added that Black Stars, the one-time best team on the African continent, have been cursed due to Shatta Wale’s insults on Nigerians and until the singer renders an apology to them, his national team will continue to suffer.

Ghana exited at the group stages of the tournament for the first time since 2006.
