NDC Men Caught With EC Forms And Distributing Them

Some National Democratic Congress (NDC) branch executives numbered three have been apprehended by the Ghana police for having in their custody Electoral Commission (EC) registration forms and distributing them.

The three allegedly were giving out the forms to people to fill and submit.

The branch executives as at now are in the custody of the Ashanti Regional Police Headquarters pending investigation.

Alhaji Yakubu Tony Aidoo, the Asawase Constituency Officer of the NDC however iterated that, the party is doing everything it could for the release of those three and claimed that it was not true as the police officers were not EC to confirm the incident.

The three suspects were picked at the Mamponhene Registration Center while distributing the forms.

Mamponhene is somewhere around the Akwatia line area in the Ashanti Region.
