The executive director of the Institute for Liberty and Policy Innovation (ILAPI), Peter Bismark Kwofie, has given his forthright thoughts on the NABCO situation.

He believes that the whole point of NABCO is not what we hear from the President or read in the numerous documents. NABCO, according to Peter Bismark, was only a tool employed by the NPP to buy Ghanaian votes.
