Majority leader, Osei Kyei-Mensah Bonsu has refused to comment on the anti-lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer or questioning, intersex, and asexual bill before Parliament.
The bill which seeks to criminalise the activities of the LGBTQIA+ community in the country has generated lots of controversy in the country.
In an interview on Okay FM, Kyei-Mensah Bonsu refused to answer a question on the issue, insisting it’ll be prejudicial to do that as a leader of Parliament.
According to him, making his position known on the issue will only interpret as the official position of Parliament.
