National Organizer of the NDC, Joshua Hamidu Akamba has expressed dissatisfaction with the manner in which his Party is dealing with the Electoral Commission.
According to him, the Party is engaged in plenty talk instead of taking concrete action.
The NDC refused to attend an IPAC meeting called by the EC to discuss Electoral Reforms.
Since the meeting ended, however, the Party’s General Secretary, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah and Party Chairman, Samuel Ofosu Ampofo have all rejected the decisions taken at the said meeting.
However, in an interview on Neat FM, Akamba said he is surprised why his Party appears to be unconcerned about Madam Jean Mensah leading the EC.
According to him, his Party’s focus should be getting the current EC executives out of office before the next election instead of engaging in plenty talk.
