Lead Counsel for the Petitioner in the 2020 election petition, Tsatsu Tsikata has questioned how the 7-member panel hearing the petition could rule based on a law dictionary at the expense of the laws of the land.
Making his argument before a reconstituted 9-member panel hearing an application for review of the Court’s earlier decision to deny the petitioner the chance to reopen his case, argued that the court’s ruling was a miscarriage of justice.
Mr Tsikata has been given 30 minutes to make his argument before the Court.
