From Street Hawker To TV Presenter – Girls Prefect, Nana Aba Transforms Street Boy’s Destiny

In an absolutely selfless act of generosity, General Manager of Ghone TV, and renowned broadcaster, Nana Aba Anamoah has transformed the life of a street hawker, turning him into a TV presenter in the process.

The remarkable story began a couple of months back when the renowned broadcaster met two hawkers in Traffic, who engaged her in a conversation.

The two guys, who could not believe that they had seen the TV personality in real life, showered praises on her, with one singling out her command over the english language.

One of the two boys, nicknamed ‘Ebetorda’, spoke of his desire to venture into journalism, and lamented his turn of fate that landed him on the street.

However, Nana Aba encouraged them, assuring them that it was still not too late to pursue their dreams and even went to the extent of inviting them to her office for lunch and a conversation.

Fast forward, a few months later, and ‘Ebetorda’ who had earlier expressed interest in journalism, has landed a job as a TV presenter after undergoing a short journalism training.
