Final year JHS students will return to school to prepare and sit for BECE – President Akufo-Addo

The President of Ghana, Nana Akufo-Addo in his address on measures taken against the spread of the Coronavirus said, final year Junior High School Students will return to school tomorrow, 29th of June, 2020 in order to prepare for the Basic Education Certificate Examination, (BECE).

According to the President, JHS3 students will spend 11 weeks in school and school will start at 9am and end at 1pm. There won’t be more than 30 students in a class.

He said as part of measures to protect the students and teachers, Over 45,000 veronica buckets have been distributed to schools across the country.
