The Former President, Flt. Lt. Jerry John Rawlings accompanied by her daughter, Dr. Zanetor Agyemang-Rawlings visited the PWD Maintenance Unit Castle Registration Center in the Klottey Korle Constituency in the Greater Accra Region to register for the new voters ID Card.
The Former President was ushered through the necessary protocols before getting the new card which would be used for voting in the 2020 Elections.
Dr. Zanetor Agyemang-Rawings is also the Member of Parliament for the Klottey Korle Constituency.
The exercise saw the Former President use only 7 minutes to pick his new card.
This was confirmed in a tweet by the Electoral Commission thus:
“Former President Jerry John Rawlings, has visited the PWD 2, Registration Centre in the Klottey Korle constituency to participate in the voters registration exercise. It took him about seven minutes to complete the exercise.”
