Akufo-Addo Will Lose Even If You Register People In Hell – Asiedu Nketia Jabs EC

The General Secretary of the opposition NDC, Johnson Asiedu Nketia has reacted to the decision of the Electoral Commission to register final year students in Senior High Schools, saying it is a grand scheme to rig the elections in favor of the NPP.

According to Mr. Asiedu Nketia, he is convinced that the Electoral Commission is acting on the orders of President Akufo-Addo who is using all means to hang on to power.

The EC revealed at an IPAC meeting today that they will embark on an exercise to register final year students on Friday and Saturday. According to the EC, the decision follows a request by the Ghana Education Service to ensure that no student is disenfranchised.

However, General Mosquito who was speaking on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen programme said their hands were tied.

“We had nothing to say because the EC, together with the government, had already taken the decision. We leave everything to God.” He said.

“The EC can go ahead and register people in hell, Ghanaians will still vote out Akufo-Addo”. He added.
