Education Minister, Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh has noted that his achievements in the education sector in three years cannot be compared to what the National Democratic Congress did in eight years.
Speaking at the NPP Teachers’ Network Conference, NAPO further threw a challenge to the NDC running mate, Prof Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang to face him in a debate on the educational sector.
According to him, over his time as education minister, there has never been anything like teacher strikes.
“I am a Doctor and not a teacher. In three and half years, we have done a lot for teachers… I wish I get the opportunity to sit with the Professor who held the office I am holding, so we count one by one what has been achieved,” he dared.
