We’ll Redeem Our Image Before 2024 – NAPO

Energy Minister Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh says the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) is keen on turning the fortunes of the country around before the 2024 elections.

According to him the party is well aware that it has only two years to redeem its sinking image amidst the economic crisis and are bent on making lives of Ghanaians better before the elections.

“We have two years to redeem our image for Ghanaians. I’m telling you that by the time we will get to 2024, you’ll come and say that we promised to make life better for four years and not for just two years. 2024 election will be an interesting one,” he was reported by pakmediagh

He said the next elections will be a very interesting one.

Dr Opoku Prempeh who is rooting for Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia to take over the mantle from Akufo-Addo and lead the NPP in 2024 says no Ghanaian will choose ex-president John Dramani Mahama over the former.

He says if a comparative analysis is done on the two individuals, it will really be difficult to choose John Mahama.
