Majority Leader and Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu has said that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) is poised to retain power come December 2020.
He told GNA in an interview that the NPP has met expectations of the people and would therefore be given a second term to continue to deliver.
“Victory is on the way coming, because, the Nana Akufo-Addo-led Administration has so far met expectations of the people in terms of the delivery of life-transforming policies,” he stated.
According to him the NPP government have implemented some policies that have brought tremendous change in the sectors of the economy.
“NPP has initiated many vibrant programmes to uplift the living standards of the ordinary Ghanaian.
He cited the implementation of the ‘Planting for Food and Jobs’, ‘One District, One Factory’ and ‘Free Senior High School’ programmes.
He noted that these policies ought to be sustained for a longer period of time and therefore called on Ghanaians to vote massively for the NPP in the December elections.
