Young women who appreciate Nana Aba Anamoah’s appearance and sense of style have been cautioned not to be duped by con artists.

Nana Aba Anamoah is a well-known media figure and celebrity in Ghana who is renowned for her sense of style. Many young women have expressed admiration for her.

The television journalist claimed that users of social media shouldn’t feel under pressure by the extravagant lifestyles of most celebrities. She acknowledged that most of what people own comes from collective effort.

“When you see someone flamboyantly dressed on social media, don’t think everything is okay [with them],” the General Manageress of GHOne TV said before disclosing that “a lot of the time, I don’t buy what I wear“.

Nana Aba emphasized that “people come to me and request for me to wear their outfits, take a picture of me in said outfits and let them have it.”

“…So don’t go kill yourself out of desperation for money [for these things you see]”.

“I don’t remember the last time I bought clothing, a watch, or hair with my own money. I don’t remember the last time I took money out to buy such things, so don’t be fooled by what you see on social media,” the TV presenter said in an interview on Adom TV’s ‘Mahyease show which has resurfaced.
