Coward Elements Within NDC Behind Afia Schwarzenegger To Bring Down Mahama – Group

A Pro- NDC Campaign Group, Victory For Mahama has pointed fingers at some top elements within the National Democratic Congress (NDC) as being the forces behind controversial actress Afia Schwarzenegger to ruin John Mahama’s Presidential ambitions.

This comes afters a video of the actress surfaced on social media endorsing President Akufo Addo’s government and policies such as free SHS. Afia Schwarzenegger has been known to be a staunch member of the Mahama led NDC.

The group indicated that more of such videos by the actress is expected to pop up since some elements in the NDC have paid her huge monies to taint the reputation of Mr Mahama and ruin his chances of winning the December 7 polls.

According to the group, these ‘coward’ and faceless individuals behind her will soon be exposed.

In a statement, the he Victory For Mahama group alleged, “We are aware of the internal machinations against His Excellency, Former President Mahama which is being engineered by some leading members of the party; we know that they have paid huge sums of monies to Afia Schwarzenegger and the likes to destroy Mr. Mahama and run down his campaign for re-election.”

They added, “We know that Afia will come out with several of such videos to praise President Nana Akufo Addo; we want to let the public be aware that this is a handiwork of elements within the NDC who are desperate to see the downfall of President Mahama ”

“We are sending strong warning to these unscrupulous elements that we know them; its only a matter of time we will expose them and their allies” 

They added “As for her (Afia Schwarzenegger) we will deal with her at the appropriate time but our first target will be to expose all the enemies within,” they stated.
