Allow Illegal Miners To Work If You Don’t Want More Deaths – Prophet Warns Akufo-Addo

President Akufo-Addo has been told to lift the ban on illegal mining (galamsey) and allow Ghanaians to freely engage in it if he does not want to have more deaths in the country.

According to Bishop Dr. JY Adu, founder and Leader of New Jerusalem Chapel (NJC), the President can regulate the activities of these miners so they can practice it in a safer way; however, he cannot completely stop them from mining.

To him, the deaths are going to be triggered by rampant protests, litigation and conflicts by disgruntled galamseyers.
